I've been a regular client for some years now and it has never let me down. You have to book the vehicle you're interested in at least 24 hours prior.

BAD EXPERIENCE while renting a 15 passenger Toyota Van. The van had over 50 dents and scratches. It was dirty and had interior stains and burns. When I returned the Van the agents worked really hard to find damages to charge me. They found something wrong with one of the tires, which was probably a damaged caused previously, since the rim of tire had already a bad dent. The manager was nasty, rude, and unprofessional at least at this Vallejo branch. Be careful. They will make up extra charges.

Casanova rent ofrece gran variedad de vehículos a buenos precios, sea cual sea tu necesidad encontrarás un vehículo a tu medida. A veces los tiempos de espera pueden ser elevados, pero es por covid, sobre todo por las mañanas. La atención siempre ha sido amable y eficaz. Altamente recomendable.

Si llevas todos los documentos como los solicitan, el proceso es rápido. Te entregan el auto exactamente con los detalles que tiene, pero es obvio que también lo tienes que verificar. El día de entrega, tambien te lo reciben super rápido, revisan que este como te lo llevaste. Nota. Nunca pierdan un tapón jajjaa.
