They ruined my ipad. I took it here to replace a cracked screen but they damaged the internals and spent another two weeks waiting for parts (kudos at least for taking the responsibility). While the screen looks fine, the home button no longer works and has to be pressed hard and multiple times to be recognized. Used to work fine, now it's frustrating to use. Wish I had just lived with the cracked screen.

Really bad experience, the cost in order to change my iphone display was 1.500 MXN (INSURANCE included for 6 months). Already 2 days later my screen wasn't working well, I was traveling so had to wait 2 weeks before my return to Mex City. I went to ArreglaTuPantalla and they told me that I couldn't use the insurance, in their opinion the screen was damaged by a fall. WITHOUT ANY SIGN ABOUT THIS FALL. Then they asked me 900 mxn more to fix it. Don't trust this guys! The insurance doesn't exist and they are fully unprofessional! PS: I have screenshot of the display that wasn't working well after the second day, nothing would work! They decided that my phone falled down somewhere.

Horrible servicio, nada recomendable, me arreglaron una pantallla, y fallo en un par de horas. Cuando fui a realizar mi reclamación argumentan que le di un golpe. Mi teléfono estaba en mi bolsa y ni siquiera lo toque. La verdad si quieren ahorrarse problemas no vayan a ese lugar. Mal trato, caras y engaños. Tengan mucho cuidado!

Compré una pantalla para mi Iphone X y pagué la \original\ de 4,500. Al mes empezó a tener problemas: se trababa, no funcionaba en lo absoluto, horrible. Fui a que me la cambiaran y me dijeron que no tenían originales que me tenía que esperar un tiempo. Regresé posteriormente y me dijeron que mi pantalla tenía ayones\ y que por eso ya era imposible que me hicieran válida la garantía. Fui a Apple y me dijeron que mi pantalla no es original. Me explicaron los detalles y diferencias obvias y siento totalmente que me robaron.

Hablé dos veces por teléfono antes de ir a la tienda para confirmar que tenían la pantalla que necesitaba y no ir a perder mi tiempo, las dos veces me aseguraron que tenían la pantalla, cuando llegue me hicieron esperar 25 minutos solo para decirme que no tenían la pantalla, perdí mi tiempo pero al menos ese día encontré un lugar mucho mejor que este
