The place is inside a small, classy plaza in the historic center tourist area, you have to go towards the restaurant but take the stairs on the left. Lots of little niche shops, convenient location. The Vapers cafe itself was so nice, one of the classier vape places I've been. There's a lounge area with sofas, and then an area where they sell vapers and e-juice. The staff were very helpful and great to interact with as a tourist. I plan to go back just to restock on high quality juice at low prices, and for the ambiance.
