It was okay supermarket, till the last day of my stay in Queretaro, one cashier decided that my spanish accent was funny and clearly laugh and mock it. REALLY BAD and unpolite cashier. Okay bakery, NEEDS more cashiers, and more customer centric. Will end up dissapearing

Long lines at register at low customer traffic hours because of few registers open. The checkout process is painful because many items dont scan or have no price. Very frequently, the cashiers leave the registers to get change. It seems like the customer should always have change for them. The pharmacy is more abandoned than Chernobyl.

Very depressing store. Old and dirty. Only went there because of convenience to place living
