Pool was great and staff was friendly. We knew that this is not a luxury resort when booking it. Unfortunately we booked a unit without AC (this was my fault) we got nearly no sleep due to the heat. While the staff was friendly, the service was very slow. Location is perfect for surfing Cerritos. Wouldn’t stay here again. Plenty of other options nearby.

I would not recommend staying here in October. Our villa did not have a/c which we knew booking but there was no breeze and only ceiling fans, we barely slept at all. The pool and location our awesome. The service was pretty slow but overall reasonably priced as long as you know what your getting yourself into. This is not for people looking for luxury.

Really great rooms right on the beach. Food is nothing to write home about and could be much better, you would be better off going into town to eat. But the views are pretty amazing, whales were playing in the bay which was pretty awesome. So worth staying here for the nice rooms and excellent views.

I booked one month ahead. I had the confirmation email. When we arrived. I was told my reservation was cancelled. I even spoke with the manager Ulysses. He confirmed 2 days before. Well, they gave me a 2 bed room instead of a one bed. No wifi when promised. It took 6 days to get wifi. Also, they shut the water off to all units from 1 to 5 in the morning. But they do not tell you when you check in. So how do you go th the bathroom during the night. The pool is great and the location is great. But no ac in the living room. AC is in the bedrooms only. The manager told me that I only owed 150. But he charged me the regular price at the end. I would not stay at a place that does all of these things. There are other hotels and condos very close to the beach that have AC throughout the units.

The main attraction here is Perry the surfing instructor. He's great at teaching anyone how to surf and the most laid back and paitient person you'll ever meet. I'd give Perry 5 stars, the view from your room 5 stars, the service 2 stars and the food 2 stars. Do yourself a favor and grocery shop before you get here. If you like laying in bed and seeing the ocean between your toes then this will be the perfect spot for you.

Amazing, beautiful and peaceful place. The food is incredible too! Really recommend the seafood, nachos and the guacamole. We loved our weekend here. It is a paradise !
