they lost my letter i paid 1300 pesos to deliver to canada..it has been an absolute nightmare..i have to go back there tomm from todos santos to start an investigation..my social insurance # and photocopy of my DL and other personal info is in it!,,dont make my mistake!..zero customer service too!

UPS is using a sub contractor for delivery in La Paz. It looks like they are to lazy to drive out to Comitan. It is now the 5th time that they marked on the internet that the parcel was refused and could not be delivered. We are here 24 hrs at the business and we see every vehicle that drives by. There where no delivery vehicle at all. If you have the choice, do NOT USE UPS!!!

Horrible comportamiento de la persona que atiende. Llegué a 15 minutos de cerrar el local y ya tenía cerrado con llave. Le toqué y se molestó conmigo. Me dice "qué traes ahi?" y le digo que es un regalo para mi novia. Me dice que no pasa porque tiene alcohol y ni siquiera revisó que eran cremas. Aparte me dijo que la guía no pasaba, que requiere que le muestre factura. Todo por su criterio aduanal. No envíen por esta empresa. Las guías son carísimas y el trato horrible.
