The address is wrong (should’ve been 1300 something... it’s next to 1311) There were 10 people in line outside when I arrived, with just one person working inside. I waited 35 min. There’s were more like 15 ppl waiting when I left. The guy working was fine and fast for me. Five stars.

This place has to be an embarrassment for FedEx.. I arrived & one person was ahead of me, I stood there for 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. PHENOMENALLY slow process and ridiculous amount of information they have to enter into the computer. One woman came in to mail a legal envelope in-country and it took 20 minutes before she was out of there. Oh and by the way they helped her before they helped me, and she came in after me. The other employee took a personal call outside on the sidewalk for 10 minutes. By now there were five people waiting in queue. Im sorry, but the concept of \Mexico time\ shouldn't apply at a business like FedEx. Be warned you can only pay in pesos, and it's VERY expensive to mail back to the States. I recommend using DHL. FedEx, get the act together in Oaxaca!

They charged an extra fee for importation without ever asking for an approval, then made waste a whole day to reach their warehouse in the middle of nowhere to pick it up. Was under Oaxacan burning sun for 30 minutes before they could give anything. Never using them again.

It took 40 minutes to send one package with no lines. I've seen faster turtles.

They were quick for me, I haven't had any issues. However, FedEx as a whole is not great in Oaxaca.
