Worst thing in Guadalajara is FedEx service. They don't deliver packages , if you call, they can't find it and tell you some stories but not help. DO NOT USE THIS UNPROFESSIONAL Company. If you order something online, ensure not FedEx is used, ask for DHL !!!!!!

I send a pack from nj to guadalajara last week.. got a charge of 200 dollars then pack didnt arrive till 2 weeks later.. and the day of arrive my gf hd to pay another 200 dollars for international taxes!! Just crazy!!! Fed ex was horrible... never again
