Said the bus would depart at 11 am, we left at 1 pm. Wouldn’t let passengers bring a bag with food/snacks up with them for a 20 hr ride, when that has never been a problem, since I’ve been riding with them for more than 10 years already, but after this, no thanks! Didn’t give any of the passengers tags for the luggage until last minute when my luggage was already placed at the bottom of the bus, complete chaos. We depart the station and bus driver was using his phone while driving, still took its time to stop to get gas when that could’ve been done way earlier, and after he continued being on his phone while driving!!! Oh, but he can bring his big luggage up the bus with him, blocking the hallway without a problem.
