It's a great place, the customer service is really good, the snacks, everything, there may be some flaws, there is a lot of people all the time, because of the crowd the lines for the snack and the tickets gets way too long, however it is the first movie theater that I've seen that actually respects the line, the vip customers, and even the guard officers help the customers with the tickets, the whereabouts, there may be bigger places but for the moment this is a very great place compared to others, the only hope is that the people working there must keep the same enthusiasm as of now

Big O movie theaters... bring the whole family
The place is not the best as the location of the mall. The quality of sound is not the best. Besides none of their movies is in English all of them are in Spanish.
