We were taken out on a absolute terribly windy day. People were sick everywhere on the boat, so don’t worry about trying to drink alcohol. They took us to the snorkeling place and then said it was to windy!! Surprise, surprise. Then they take you back in a cove and let you swim for a few minutes. We had a perfect vacation so far and this just ruined the trip. I understand they can’t control that weather but then cancel the tour instead of just stealing our money!!

We were treated like family from the moment we stepped on board to the minute we stepped off. Arrival. We walked approximately 1.5 miles to get on this boat. I wish there was better communication on where to park and access the boat. They did drop our drivers off to their car via their golf cart and drove them back to pick us up at the end of the day. Boat. Beautiful catamaran. Love space to spread out. Take pictures. Enjoy the sunset. And the breeze. Drinks, Food and Entertainment. Top notch. I jot a bit seasick and couldn’t eat but they wrapped my food up. I ate it for dinner. Cold. And it was delicious. I had a large salad and chopped the steak and shrimp up as a topping. The crew loves to have fun. It was pure shenanigans with them. The captain allowed us to drive the boat. Snorkeling. My one recommendation would be to go to a more low key snorkel spot. Going towards Cancun was rough. I believe going towards Akumal or Xpu could be less rough for snorkeling. I could barely depart from the boat area as the waves were so rough. It was a rough day tho. No ran but sometimes the Rivera Maya can get rough especially by Hard Rock and southern. This isn’t a ding against the company, people can go where they can go and dock where they can. But I wish it wasn’t so rough. I would definitely explore with this company again. I hope you find this review helpful. If so, give me a thumbs up.
Omar, Aaron, Adam and our Chef ( I'm sorry, I know I should have written it down) were amazing. The ride out and back were a lot of fun and the snorkeling was great. Lunch was a choice of burgers, steak, chicken or fish- all were very good from what I overheard. My burger was cooked well and I have no complaints at all about the food. Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend it.
Crew was wonderful! One of the highlights of our vacation! Made every body comfortable, took excellent care of everyone, made sure we had a wonderful snorkeling experience superb lunch. I can't imagine using anyone else the next time we come! Don't hesitate. Book this tour! You won't regret it!
