We went to Castle Optical because of all the good reviews and the mention by so many that Castle was quick and efficient. Unfortunately, they couldn't get our glasses done before we had to leave, so they said they'd mail them, and we'd have them in about a week. It's been four weeks now and we still don't have them. I had to call three times to get any information, and they finally told me they were mailed out a week ago, so we should be getting them any day. I am not impressed with their efficiency or their customer service. I will update this when we get our glasses.

Me and my husband visited Dr. Beltran at her Optical office in February. We appreciated that she was considerate of our time and very professional. I recommend that if you can visit her Optical practice in Algodones you should do it. You won't regret it.

Totally forgot to share! But i went to castle optical only about a week ago receptionist was friendly and dr. Beltran was super professional, quick and her eye test room was small but cozy. Got my new glasses 2hrs after getting my eye exam. Overall would deff recommend

I visited Castle Optical for an eye exam and new eyeglasses with progressive lenses Dr. Beltran and staff were very professional and also helpful and friendly. The eye exam was very thorough. They have a great selection of frames and I found two that I like very much. It took about 3 hours for the lenses to be ready. I have progressive lenses and they work great both for distance and for reading. I have one pair with transition and one clear. I would say this is the best experience I have had with eye exam and getting new glasses. I will definitely return for my next exam and highly recommend Dr. Beltran and Castle Optical.
