I will make it simple. 1. Charge extra for horrible milk substitute. 2. Charge extra for a all dusty gummys. 3. Never have cash, one day they have it but they give me the change wrong took them 5 min to get the full amount. 4. For the price pay at the end it's better to go to a other coffee shop. Hope it help's I used to like this chain in previous years.
