Casa Arabe was conveniently located on Cinco de Mayo in Centro Historico, Mazatlan. It had delicious authentic Middle Eastern home made food at very reasonable prices. Asem, the owner, created an atmosphere that added to the experience. Well done and deserves more visits.

What a find! I was searching google for some vegetarian options and came across Casa Árabe. I had the vegetarian mixed plate for lunch and it was all so beautiful and authentic tasting. The limonada con menta was also delicious! Would highly recommend as a change from the traditional local cuisine or if you’d like to try Middle Eastern good without the cost of a flight.

Nice middle eastern food if you want something different from Mexican. The falafel was a bit on the small side but it was delicious.

First time trying Arabian food, I ordered the sampler dish and I got to say it was very good.

Bland food. Small portions. Unfriendly service. We love this kind of cuisine, so our hopes were high. We had the vegetarian sampler and the lamb brochette, so we got to taste a wide variety of their offerings. The only item that rose above average was the rice, which indicates just how tasteless everything else was. The owner was gruff and inattentive. He tried that usual waiters' trick of suddenly becming "friendly" by aski where we were from just before we left the tip. It didn't work. Maybe we just caught them on a bad day, but we certainly won't be returning.

Good service. Food ok but not my cup of tea.

Very tasty and authentic middle eastern cuisine. Try the Dolmas (stuffed vine leaves). The restaurant is run by a very warm Jordanian chef and his lovely wife. They welcome you into their restaurant as though you are entering their home. Bring your own wine if you like.

Delicious late lunch at cozy Middle Eastern restaurant run by Jordanian/Mexican couple, near Centro, El Mercado and Cathedral.
