This is a beautiful AirBnB, it felt very much like a hotel, when we stayed it included breakfast, and the service was excellent, Luis was helpful and available. There were a few ants in the room, so I would recommend against leaving any fruit out, but otherwise excellent accommodations and amazing service!

Great place, calm, super friendly staff, the roof top view is exceptional, the pool is perfect and there is the best breakfast!
DO NOT stay here. This place is way overpriced. The rooms are much smaller than the pictures. There is limited furniture so it's impossible to get comfortable and relax. The Internet is spotty. The owner argued that it works for him. Well thats great for him. If I'm paying for a room it needs to work for me. Horrible customer service. There is a dog across the street that barks ALL day and night. It's impossible to get a good nights sleep. And the location is horrible. You can't walk to anything. There are much nicer and more inexpensive places to stay in Puerto. Do some research.
Great place, a little further out from all the tourist action, but s thirty pesos rides gets you into Playa Zicatello. A nice beachwalking place, great staff and a wonderful pool.
While the comment below is true and the place is not perfect, I spent 20 beautiful days in one of the amazing studios. Luis, the owner, takes hospitality very serious and does all what it takes to make your stay beautiful. The breakfast included in the price is superb! Good portions and fantastic taste. I got spotless cleaning every other day and even my laundry got done! They gave us a free ride from and to the airport, free gallons of water, and kitchen basics. As a frequent traveler I would not compromise the service I received for a few pesos and I will make this my place to stay on every visit to Puerto Escondido. Last but not least the location is right in the middle to Playa Zicatela y la punta so If you walk no more than 15 mins you can get to any of the common beaches or simply walk to the beach around the corner.
A nice place to stay
Mi experiencia en casa mocha fue la mejor, Luis y Eva siempre fueron muy amables, atentos y sus recomendaciones nos ayudaron mucho para pasarla increíble, los desayunos de Eva son la gloria ️ la casa siempre esta muy limpia y es hermosa. Sin duda volvería a Casa Mocha. La ubicación es muy cerca de la playa y Zicatela está a 10 minutos caminando por la playa.
