I love this place and the service they provide. They have amazing and beautiful pieces of furniture and if they don’t have it they will Male what you want. You just send them the photo and measurements and they will customise it for you, any colour and shape you want. They are super nice and kind. Great service and prices are excellent. Extremely satisfied with every single piece of furniture I’ve purchased from them. I totally recommend them.

Our experience with Furnimuebles has been a complete disaster. Very cheap wood for furniture (dining room table, nighstands,etc). Installation of doors and windows was unsupervised and of extremely poor. We had to have much of it redone. After we signed the contract with the owner and we made the down payment, the owner/carpenter disappeared for 6 months. An extraordinarily bad experience.

Acudí personalmente a la tienda y me atendió la Señora Sandra, le mencioné respecto a unas cotizaciones y me comentó que le mandara whatsapp. Porque necesitaba cotizar con sus proveedores. Ese mismo día le mando whatsapp, y nunca me contestó. Al día siguiente le he marcado 5 veces. 2 veces me contesta una niña de aproximadamente 10 años, diciendo que su mamá esta ocupada. 2 veces sin éxito y 1 vez ignorada. Pésima atención al cliente, incluso cuando le he comentado en un oar de ocasiones que el trabajo me urgía. En ningún momento se regateó precio ni nada por el estilo (nunca se me proporcionó porque nunca contestó ja) solamente es un review sobre la poca empatía y mal servicio proporcionado. De esta forma no sería bueno trabajar con alguien de tan bajo estandar profesional.
