Carlos is great it was spring break and my girlfriend and I were lucky enough to get the two of the last three bikes! He is a very nice and polite family man trying to run a business. Super affordable bikes and deposit was refunded. Definitely trustworthy and I’m sure if we ran into issues he would of came to help out! Will recommend to all my friends and family that visit Cancun!

Hello I would like to share my experience of renting a scooter in Cancun. Since I was in Mexico for the first time, I wanted to see as much as possible. I figured I would rent a scooter. I did a google search that Renta de motos RM has the best reviews. I came and it was not disappointed. For good morning I received a cold bottle of water and a second one for the trip. The cost of renting a scooter per night is 20. I could return the scooter even at 11pm. I received a helmet and full insurance (accident, theft, collision, etc.). I got a phone number if something happened, the owner will come to help. After a successful day, the owner of the rental shop asked if he could help me with anything else on the spot and if he wanted to go somewhere else. Due to the fact that it was after 10pm I asked to be transported to the hotel. I would like to add that I received the deposit the same evening. I highly recommend it

Carlos was very accommodating to our needs and gave us a great deal. Carlos was there when we needed to switch out a bicycle for one that had gears. 10/10 would recommend renting from him, I will use in the future! Very trustworthy & nice.
