I had a Swedish and my husband a deep tissue 60 minute massage. We LOVED every minute of it. Martha and Kassandra were both amazing. They were all very professional, nice and clean facility. The massage rooms are in the back so you can't hear all the street noise. Oh and we also got a 10 minute little fish eating your dead skin from your feet experience. It was hilarious, they tickle your feet. I couldn't do it,, my husband did and he's ready to book our next appointment before we leave.. Great job,, great service.. highly recommend this place.
I've received massages from all over the world. I've gotten them in the U.S., Mexico, Philippines, Bali, Thailand, Vietnam, etc. and this was one of the worst massage experiences that I have ever had. I'm actually very surprised, since their reviews are so good. 1. We had a couple's massage. The room was so tight that I felt the other masseuse's butt a few times brushing up against my arm. 2. The walls are paper thin and cellphone use is not prohibited. I heard two different conversations in English and Spanish while I was there (not relaxing). 3. The room was cold! If you are imagining a massage in a warm and cozy spot, you'll be disappointed. 4. The massage oil was cold, thick, and got sticky after a few minutes. Whenever the massage oil went on my skin, it was horrible since the room was cold too. 5. The Swedish massage was technical, but not professional. I felt like he was following a protocol, but he skipped over all of the knots in my shoulder. Usually, massage therapists can feel the knots and will devote 1 to 3 minutes in alleviating the knots... but not this place. They just glide over them... 6. The price is comparable to a U.S. massage. It was 50 for a Swedish and 60 for a deep tissue massage. 7. The toilet had no seat on it. I didn't have to use the toilet, but if I was a woman, I'd be pretty upset. I feel like the massage therapists were very nice and professional, but the quality of the massage was not good.
This place was amazing Silvia, Michelle and Arturo wore very sweet and caring and pleasant they did me and 13 year old daughter nails Michelle and Silvia rook the time to explained to my dougther why was important to take good care of her nail and that was sweet of them I will most definitely recommend this spa because of their excellent customer experience.
OUSTANDING PLACE!!!!! I LOVED the place. Since I've had the opportunity to have a massage in Shanghai (with Thai or Chinese people) I always used to compare every massage's experience I had with them -they were my point of reference- and I've never found another place so good, until Today: I had a massage in HOLISTIC SPA, after my experience with Linda and Ana (I had an \holistic massage\ -thats what is called), my mind change: TOP MASSAGE I've ever had. I highly recommend it and will definitely be returning! Love Linda's and Ana's massage!!!! Best massage in Cancun!!!!
