This was the 5th stage of the construction company called CADU, they started with Villas del Mar I, Villas del Mar II, Villas del Mar III, Villas del Mar Plus, but for Paseos Chac-Mool they decided to use the same floor plans of the houses from Villas del Mar Plus but inside a gated residential area. It was a hit and they sold every single house in no time. This is a good option for security in the area. A good option for living in this part of the city.
