Nice stay here, but.. all is \Long a way\.. entry gate, entry to the pool. Near is only Walmart, gas and another shops. If you have car, then OK.

The resort is new and the amenities are top quality. It's very secure with it being a gated community guarded all hours of the day. It is very relaxing and again, the security is top quality as my car service had difficulty each time they picked me up. No complaint for safety.

I like this place and the neighbors but the builders cut so many corners it makes living here very difficult. they sold us lies and there are many problems they refuse to fix, even though they are covered under warranty. they make excuses and tell you they'll fix something but dont. the walls are coming apart and leak water from the rain. not the roof, but the walls. we received our apartment 6 months ago and we still have no elevator. they tell us they will give us the name of their professional air conditioner installer but that company refuses to work on this building. everyone in the building who has hired a company to install their AC find that the tubes for electricity and water are clogged a lot of work must be done to install the AC. The stove does not work, and the manufacturer will not service it under the warranty without the receipt from the buyer ARA, but they refuse to give us any paperwork so we can't fix it.
