Had great transportation to / from airport to Mayakoba. Cannot recall the gentleman's name that drove us to the resort, but we had a ride to the airport today with Monica and she was wonderful!!!

This agency is a thief. Booked us deep sea fishing with Maroma and put our life's on the line. We became very ill on the boat for over 3 hours vomiting banging ourselves all over the boat! The sea was out of control. I have bruises all over arms and legs from the boat! Not once did captain John offer to take us back to land nor did we have the chance to touch a fishing pole nor see a fish! Heart breaking how they happily ran with our money and did not care one bit about the satisfactory of customer! They Did not offer not one compensation nor the least a sorry! They stole over 300 dollars and 2 days of our vacation trying to recover from the horrific experience of deep sea fishing at Maroma. to top it off as I recall crawling out the boat the staff had the nerve to ask for a tip! Heartbreaking how they steal and risk the life of tourist! Do your research before dealing with maritur in the fairmont Mayakoba! When it comes down to it they hang you to dry! So disgusting how extreme they will go just to keep and steal your money! They truly put a huge dent on my vacation! An experience that can never be forgotten!
