Got the private SUV for a recent trip to the JW Marriott resort. Amazing service and tipped commensurate with the phenomenal service. Always roll in the private SUV, front up the money and travel in luxury with great service. Great service and on time. Highly recommended
When we arrived, our person was on their phone. So we looked for him for about 10 minutes. We waited maybe another 10 for others who needed a ride. Since no one else came, he mentioned we should tip the driver extra because it’s just us. We did, but that already put a bad impression. Then they were 20 minutes late for picking us up from the hotel to the airport. None of the numbers worked. I got a hold of someone through email. I’m pretty sure they forgot about us, and had some other company take us to the airport. Would not recommend.
Don't book with them. If you are from the states and looking for reliable and honest airport transfers. This is not it. Trust me.
This agency is not worth it. If you use this service keep in mind you will be riding with multiple people from different hotels, until the van/suv gets full of passengers. They have a time, if your late they don’t care they will leave you behind. Workers always expect a tip. If you get Javier Nava or Edgar Herrera don’t trust them or any of these agencies, They want your money, your time. Please do your research. If your visiting Mexico Cancun it’s for a vacation to rest, not for you to pay and get a schedule to get up a certain time. Also keep in mind the time zone is different from USA. A lot is cheaper if you buy straight from the site and not through these agencies
This company is a scam. I bought a shared ride, I first called, the guy tells me maximum wait time is 20 minutes. Fast forward to when I arrive the lady Karina ( probably not her real name) is rude and tells me it will be 40 minutes to an hour. Basically making it sounds as terrible as possible. She tells me she can’t tell me an exact time. Tells me some lie that she has been there for 2 hours. Which is not true, my flight arrived at 2:40pm and I got to her at 3:30pm. They had to assume some time for customs. Basically every about this company was shady. The only way I did not have to wait is if I paid double for a private ride. This is what sent me over the top. I cancelled my service. And found another private shuttle for the same price. I advise anyone who is looking at this company, to look elsewhere. They will try and get more money out of you. It was terrible. Now per Karina my ride is cancelled but I assume it will be something I have to take up with my credit card.

Chichen was an amazing tour. Shuttle service great. Tomorrow they will pick me up. I guess I have a new favorite brand for my services
