The tour was great! It was raining so we didn't get a chance to do the water activities (you don't get your money back for that so be sure to check the weather before booking) but overall it was a great trip. The boat was a good size. The food and drinks provided were surprisingly very good! I would definitely book again.

The good and the bad... I was presented with 3 options for the tour... The luxury tour, mid range and basic package. After hearing the differences I chose the deluxe package mainly because it was supposed to include premium liquor. Well the catamaran tour to Isla Mujeres was great. The crew was very nice. Emi was the best tour guide!!! The food was decent. We had ceviche and chicken pasta for lunch. The drinks were Definitely not top shelf however. I had quite a few drinks and felt nothing. The snorkeling was cool. Playa Norte was beautiful!!! We had a couple hours of free time to explore on our own. I rented a golf cart and went everywhere. So basically it was a quality experience with low quality liquor. I would tour with them again. I just wouldn't pay extra for the premium drinks.

This tour was the best part of our Cancun trip. We started out leaving port and went directly to a small reef site to snorkel for 30-45 minutes then climbed back on board to set sail to Isla Mujeres. Whilst in route, they served us a brunch that was out of this world. Ceviche was the best I've ever had. After brunch we anchored of the coast of Isla Mujeres to allow everyone a chance to swim in the warm waters and soak in the beauty of the island from an awesome vantage point. after 30-45 minutes we left and made port at Black Pearl to have a couple of hours to shop and search out everything to be seen on the island. Very awesome trip. Make sure and bring your underwater camera if you plan on snorkeling and rent a golf cart when on Isla Mujeres to see a lot more of the island. Thanks to all the crew and personnel that made it memorable for me and my family!

I got to knock a bucket list item off of my list. Thanks to your staff my wife and I had the best experience. Michelle was our guide and she went above and beyond answering questions, informing us of what to expect, guiding us in the water, and helping us to record our experience. I cannot say enough good things. There must have been 30 to 40 whale sharks in the area. We even got to experience two of them going vertical. I will definitely be recommending Cancun Adventures.
