Why are offices not open yet? Other places have opened with reduce capacity for biometrics accepting people who already have a letter requesting them. The backlog is going to be huge if this keeps on. Please start calling people who previously had an appointment scheduled and was cancelled.

I ask for an appointment in an specific date and in less than 24 hours I received an answer giving me that date. After that I went to my appointment and the service was fast and really good, the people there explain to me everything and answer all the questions they could. I finished in 10 minutes
