Horrible experience. I broke my ankle in Cabo and was taken to this hospital where my surgery was performed incorrectly. After telling me they would file the bill with my insurance, they waited over 6 months to file it and now my insurance is contact me to verify information because they feel that the total bill is a scam and has a lot of fake charges in the bill. I contacted the hospital multiple times to receive my final bill in which I was told repeatedly that it would go straight to my insurance and that I would not receive a copy. Another thing to note is they will try and hassle you out of money while you are in the hospital on medications. I vividly remember the doctor giving me another dose of morphine then inviting in the financial services team to try and get me to pay 8000 out of pocket that day. AVOID AT ALL COST, I honestly wish I would have never taken their advice to have the surgery in Mexico and had risked the blood clot to fly home. My doctor in America had to completely redo the surgery performed at this hospital.

I have nothing but good words for this hospital and the people there they where so nice and attentive to are needs after being took to a small emergency room that wouldn’t except blue cross so saint lukes came and got us from the small private emergency room they took us to after my wife fell and fractured her hip. Surgery and out of the hospital the next day. I can’t say enough how much we appreciate what they did in a foreign country we felt at home with the people Can’t say Thank you enough.

The team at Saint Luke’s Hospital has been the best ever to experience as a patient. All the nurses and doctors are first class. They were knowledgeable and full of vast experience and wisdom. I honestly do not know how I could have managed without their love, care and support. They made my stay comfortable and were on point with every detail of my care. I can only recommend this place as the best hospital for personalized care in San Jose Del Cabo. A big hooray of gratitude to Dr. Burgoin, Dr. Flores, Dr. Rosales, Nurse Juan Jose Lopez, Nurse Paulina Gil and Nurse Lucero Perez. You guys are my hero’s and I could not have come this far without you. Thank you for all you do and the love and care and compassion that shines felm your hearts. Muchas Gracias for everything. I will never forget your service for humanity. I love you guys. ️Thank you again.

The staff at Saint Luke's Hospital did an excellent job in looking after me for 10 days following a bicycle accident, and while I was waiting to be repatriated back to the UK. I'm so glad my insurance company sent me there! On the day of the accident, they carried out x-rays and CT scan of my fractured pelvis, and then put me up in one of only 4 private rooms in the Orthopedic Department. The doctors and nurses were excellent and spoke good English. Leo, the Administrator, kept me up to date with developments; Paola and the rest of the nursing staff were very attentive and we shared many jokes. Andrea, the physiotherapist, was amazing and my limbs felt much stronger after each session. I'm coming back to Cabo next year to continue my curtailed holiday, and I will go and visit them, hopefully this time not as a patient! Thoroughly recommended!

The service was excellent!! Very friendly, patient, and helpful staff with everything to do with our stay. Everyone went above and beyond to help us through the process. Dr Reyes was great. We highly recommend this facility for any emergencies you may have when visiting Cabo San Lucas from the US
