We just returned from our second stay at Hacienda Encantada. We love the property, friendliness of staff and the amenities. The property is very well maintained and the pools and beach views are amazing. We decided to do the all inclusive package and we will never do it again. The food was horrible and the drinks were mediocre, everything seemed to be bottom shelf. The unpredictability of the food and drinks became the only real negative. You will want to go eat off site after about one day or so, that's just the truth. You can also treat yourself and go to one of the restaurants on site that you have to pay for because the quality is immediately noticeable. We love the Hacienda but the all inclusive food and drink was truly regrettable.

Came here for a time share presentation and I’ll be honest it was an absolutely gorgeous property. It seems a little out of the way, so I guess you just go there to enjoy the resort instead of Cabo itself. Breakfast we has was lovely and views were great.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful . Food is pretty good. Drinks are a hit or miss. However, SERVICE IS HORRENDOUS and absolutely mortifying.Good customer service is everything. For all the money you pay to stay here, they need to retrain their staff. Granted, not all were poor. But most were inattentive, impatient and curt. We went to one of the restaurants for dinner and it took OVER 35 minutes before we were even acknowledged and offered the menu. Forget about concierge services because there’s only one person there and barely answers the phone. I understand this individual may be busy with requests but then hire more concierge services ??? How does a hotel this big only have one concierge staff ??? The poor customer service completely ruined this experience for me. The lack of organization and coordination took away from what could have been a great experience.

All inclusive package is actually like decent cruise dining food. While I don’t want another timeshare I bought on hotels.com and for 300 got myself a sweet deal. Oysters at Baja Lobster... didn’t get good poison as I was worried about water. Overall food was above expectations especially many all inclusive it’s just fair. Lobster and steak up charge needed about 700 peso. Room facing the ocean I can hear the water and ocean lulled me into deep sleep... so desperately needed. Beds are ok basic but comfy. Nice hard working staff though checkin only had 1 person staff. All these demanding Americans you know ;) That took 15m sadly. Rooms are smaller than other timeshares but the view is incredible. Rocky bluff and small beach along with small packed adults pool during covid I stayed away from.

View was amazing, breathtaking view of the Sea of Cortex from the hotel room, pool is nice, food on-site is ok.... but the service is horrendous... the employees do not speak English.. they continuously say yes, or ok as if they understand, yet they do not do what you ask for.....JUST ASK IF YOU DO NOT UNDERSTAND, it's reasonable to not understand English as a Mexican Native.... very disappointed with the service provided, will not be returning to this establishment.... also don't be suprised on the 15% gratitude tax on everything, 10 housekeeping fees, which they do not tell you about....just add a transparent extra 50 a day at the beginning instead!! Then the workers have the audacity to request for more tips when they do not help at all... they call you back to make sure that you meant 0 as a tip.... if you come here, be ready to have to do everything yourself if you want it done properly.... also the "full kitchen" does not include a oven.

Took a quick trip for dinner with friends from the sister resort Fiesta Marina. We ate at the seafood restaurant. Had an excellent dinner with great scenic views over looking the ocean. The drinks were made perfectly and our server was awesome. The rest of the wait staff did a fine job. We never went without for anything! A definite must. This place is huge and gorgeous. Our next trip may just be right here when we return to Cabo. A perfect evening out with friends. Thanks again to all the wait staff

Sales pitch city. Pretty place, but an overpriced buffet that was mediocre food at best. It's tourist chow. Buffet for 2 was 75 bucks US, and at best it was 10 dollars worth of food and class. If it was only about the food or the time share like sales pitch, I'd give this 1 star, but the area was really beautiful and I'm sure it's a nice place to stay. Not close to town, isolated with good views.
