I do NOT recommend this dive shop for beginners or novices. It’s fine for advanced divers. Do not come to this shop expecting to be taken care of or pampered to. They’re here to get you in and out of the water and that’s about it. While the diving was enjoyable, the guide Karina didn’t really bother to be a “hostess.” She was nice but she didn’t bother to point out things she saw, or make idle conversation on the surface interval, and really only spoke to the captain in Spanish a majority of the time. The boat was one of those tiny dingys everyone does a back roll off at the same time. They don’t really help with gear except getting it on and off and changing out your tank. The DM didn’t check our air consumption under water a single time. If you like independence this dive shop is fine, they let you kinda swim the reef and check it out on your own. Lots of fish to see, I felt like I was at an aquarium for the El Bajo dive. Our second dive at La Esperanza was a bit disappointing, but the rock formations were neat. Don’t expect to be offered water or snacks, bring your own if you want them for the SI. If you get sea sick easy this is NOT the dive spot for you. The waters on the surface are rough and the dingy is small. Expect to take a lot of Dramamine or a patch. Mom and I have over 550 dives combined so we did fine but again, I’m not recommending this dive shop to anyone who is new to diving.

A fantastic dive shop. The staff is extremely courteous and helpful and the upstairs restaurant and bar are a great way to chill out after a dive. Highly recommend.
The principals of this business would benefit long-term from providing additional training opportunities to their dive shop management as it relates to quoting pricing for dive customers. The on-duty manager mis-quoted pricing because he wasn’t able to ascertain the diving level of his customer. It took him a while to rectify the problem, and, in the process, he blamed the customer for his confusion that could have been easily avoided with a better process. The diving was fantastic, and the instructor was awesome in-water and out. Learned a lot as someone with only one prior dive and felt safe.
I had three unforgettable days of diving with this shop. The boat launch from the beach is an adventure in it self. Great facilities and equipment. Experienced dive masters made it almost perfect if we could have found those bull sharks we were looking for (or not!).
Had a great experience here in Cabo Pulmo. After 4 days of Los Cabos, we were ready for a break and wanted to get away. Cabo Pulmo was the perfect location. We went snorkeling, had great food, and enjoyed the solitude.
Booked a beginning scuba class with them online and over the phone, which involved a long conversation. Booked a house and a flight and a rental car. When I arrived they told me that I need a doctor's note for an existing medical condition. So, after all that, I couldn't dive. All they needed to do was tell me ahead of time and I would have gotten the note. Not professional.
