This management company is the best. We recently stayed at one of their properties on the corridor and it was perfect. We had one little issue with the TV's and the group at CPM was immediately available to help us resolve the issue. Very thankful that there is a trustworthy organization in Cabo that we can call on for our next visit!!

Diana Owen and her team have been managing my property in Cabo for 6 years now and have done an amazing job ! She hires dual language staff and inspectors only. They are uniformed and background checked. They have taken amazing care of our property and have even been here in emergencies (storms, hurricanes) to make sure our home is "buttoned up." She only hires bonded and insured contractors whose work is guaranteed. CPM is a turn key operation- pick you up at airport, drive you back and take care of any home emergency while you are here very quickly and professionally. I recommend them most highly and without reservation.
