Good morning, there is a beautiful and kind female dog, who lives across the street from me. The building seems to be apartments. Since I moved in into the apartment i live in, i have only seen one person come out of there. Since then, i havent seen no one. No one seems to live there now. The dog survives from the food the neighbors, including myself, give her. She only has two blankets. My mother and I gave her two more, and I gave her a big pillow where she can lay and she loved it. Unfortunately, with the rain, she has no where to lay, or cover herself with. She has no dog house for her to go in and shelter herself. And all I can hear from her, is her crying. Its very heartbraking. Is there any information you have for me? Is there any place where i can report this? Thank you.
