****Highly Recommended**** I shopped around in the Cancun area for a moving company. Most were extremely inconvenient to get a timely response back, with the exception of Mudandote. The majority of moving companies required a detailed inventory including weight and dimensions of all your belongings including pictures before giving you a ballpark figure. I walked into their office without any previous appointment. Representative Luz del Alba was great! She was very courteous and informative. She immediately gave me an estimate and all her contact information to facilitate the process. I was able to use my American debit/credit card without an issue. I was charged me roughly 650 USD to move my belongings from Quintana Roo to SLP. That's more than 2,000 Kilometers about 1,247 miles. Their fee is base on every individual haul and distance, so you can expect to pay a little more or less. They send me an email with packing instructions to prepare for pickup. The pickup was easy, I gave them a preferred date and they made it happen. They were very careful with my belongings and were very thorough keeping inventory. Delivery day was also very easy. They contacted me a day before and gave me a window. The delivery crew was just as friendly and handle our belongings with the same care. I was very happy to see that my television,wall mirrors, picture frames and planters made it all without a scratch! I will definitely recommend this company. They exceeded my expectations. The other moving companies gave me a much higher quote and most didn't bother to reply back to my emails. Representative Luz de Alba maintain constant communication with me and these are the people I like to do business with.

Pésimo NO soliciten mudanzas por esta empresa NO LLEGAN TUS CAJAS AQUÍ SE LAS ROBAN y las que, llegan maltratadas y rotas y no se quieren hacer responsables de nada. mal servicio ya no Me contestan el teléfono, NO han hecho nada para buscar is cajas ni siquiera dar la cara con alguien que tenga gestión tiene un mes que hice mi Mudanza y no tengo repuestas..... NO ocupen este servicio las personas de nombre Maribel Monterrubio y Patricia Martinez NO hacen NADA de apoyo servicio al cliente encubren sus fechorías, y Juan Carlos Padilla de trafico, y Gerardo Rojo Ortega NI CONTESTAN LLAMADAS que triste que haya empresas como esta. hasta que no a aparezcan mis cajas seguiré poniendo este tipo de mensajes.
Buena y exelente atención
En ningún momento me confirmaron la fecha de recogida de la mercancía. Esta no se recogió y se quedaron con mi dinero 5500 pesos. Malísima experiencia Y además borran los malos comentarios que son muchisimos. Lo que usted comenta de la llamada, no es cierto.
