I took my motorcycle here for repairs. Today, I am paying BMW Motorrad Monterrey to fix what the incompetent mechanics at BMW VECSA Motorrad broke. In addition to the problems mentioned in my earlier post, they created a short circuit and made a mess out of my electrical because they are bad mechanics who reassembled my bike incorrectly. Do not take your motorcycle to BMW VECSA Motorrad. Go anywhere else. Together, the BMW shops in Lerma/Toluca and Monterrey fixed the problems caused to my bike by BMW VECSA Motorrad.

I am traveling with my BMW bike, and I was repairing(was a nail hole) my rear tire there. I asked to fix as soon as possible, and the mechanic Jorge(sorry if I remember the wrong name) He tried his best to work it out my request, immediately fix my tire in a couple of hours. (maybe in normal procedure, I have to wait until tomorrow midday). I appreciate his great work, mucho gracias

Pésimo servicio. El taller es muy malo dañan las piezas barren los tornillos les compré una s1000rr 2020 y la llevé a su servicio y me dañaron varias piezas Siempre las entregan sucias las motos
