Truly excellent customer service. You can tell staff loves their job and is courteous, knowledgeable and professional at every step. Top of the line mechanics round off a world class service experience. I did have problems later on buying over the phone from their parts department, which was disappointing since I had such a high bar first round encounter. The most surprising part is that a company of such caliber would still make you go to a bank for cash deposits on your parts order and then send them a copy of the bank's receipt and then call to confirm and then do it all again if the price has changed ¡¡¡muchachos!!! when you can order a pizza, a trip to Greenland and a new Beamer online anywhere else.
