This is my favorite birrieria in all of Guadalajara. The food is consistently made with the best meats and ingredients. Whatever you order beef or goat, it is always exceptional. The gorditas are too good, cheese and birria are paired perfectly. Great agua frescas daily. Really reasonable pricing. Music playing with upstairs seating available. This place is family owned and operated and they take great care of their customers. The parking can be a challenge since it is always busy street parking.
