Very good restaurant, perfect to discover the local food. Very good service, and the owner and the waiter was very nice and give good advices. I’ll definitely come back again.

bit of a tourist trap. had a set menu for 165 pesos. sopa de boda was quite tasteless supposedly with some sprinkles of cheese but any cheap fonda can do better. cochito was very little meat in a bland tasting sauce, again I had better in fondas. no drink included and the red salsa was also not up to par with their prices. all in all a quite disappointing experience. one star for a good wifi and friendly waiters.

Authentic Mexican food that is served in a great environment. The coffee is also amazing. We went here for both breakfast and dinner. The staff are great about explaining typical Mexican dishes. I tried the Mole and it was delicious. Highly recommended.

What a place! Maybe my favorite in Sancris. The food is incredible, the vibe is unique, and Ricardo the owner is the most generous of hosts. Have been on two of three days in town so far, and will surely visit again before I leave. Bonus points for their own (amazing) in house Mezcal!

So. As local food goes. It was good. Not amazing. The owner is a lovely fella and gave us a big talk about the food and its origins. We also paid for a mezcal tasting with the owner who Is very passionate about his mezcal and educsting people where it comes from, how it's made and how to drink it. The place is reasonably priced and if you want a good experience tasting local food. Do go here. I would suggest to get one or a few of the dishes that offer a sopa (soup) and a main dish. Especially the chicken mole.

Just walking by this place we had no idea it would be some of the best vegan food we have had in all of Mexico. Ricardo made sure to provide us with delicious, super fresh food. Go here for the non veggie eats too!
