An impressive facility for a special event like a wedding. It's huge with cavernous ceilings, wide open space and balconies. They light it well at night with hanging candles dangling above on strings from on high. If you're Catholic, there's a beautiful church associated with the hall, right next door. Definitely the place to go if you want a somewhat exclusive traditional dining experience in a beautiful colonial building. Go more for the ambience than the food--while it is good, it's hard to compete in a city with so many amazing options as Mexico City. In general, I found the food a bit more on the hearty side--a bit like a steakhouse--although I went for a fixed menu event and there may be a greater variety of options available on the normal menu. Service was excellent.

Our client rented space for a seminar at this location in Mexico downtown. Gorgeous and elegant place. Great service and food. As consultants the room, dual projectors, audio facilities were very good.
