I was beyond pleased with my service with Baby Vallarta. I accidentally got charged a delivery fee and when I contacted them, within minutes they responded and reimbursed me. They delivered and picked everything without hassle and the crib and high chair were very clean. Highly recommended :)

Nice crib and high chair but communication was lacking. The crib arrived 3 hours late (which is tough when you’re on a baby schedule) and they picked it up two hours early (same issue). I emailed them numerous times to clarify delivery and pick-up. Responses were sporadic.

We rented clean and modern mountain bikes at less than half the price of a neighboring bike rental shop! The bikes functioned great and it was a seamless experience overall. Would highly recommend.
