We had our wedding here in April. It was such a great resort. The food was amazing, the rooms were spacious and clean! The staff was very friendly. My cons to this resort was the lack of entertainment or night life at night and the lack of music and entertainment around the pool during the day. We will for sure be visiting this resort again in a few years.

If your interested in history of the mayian temple and people; you would like this place. The history is amazing and the people are still speaking their own language.

Beautiful location, my gf and I had a great time at this location. We enjoyed all restaurants but this one was a little more special. The food was good, not too much that you feel bloated when you leave. It's more of a refreshing feeling. Great taste combinations, our waiter was very helpful, asked the right questions at the right time, didn't bother us. All the staff here was friendly, and there is a dress code to follow, like no shorts and Jeans I believe. Good lighting, comfortable seating, quiet restaurant so ya, enjoyable.

The staff is not competent. We were told, that guests could be invited by the guests, staying at the hotel. We just had to pay for the day passes. It turned out, that on the 31th it is not possible! Now we could not celebrate together!!!

OCEANS PARADISE WAS AMAZING, THE FOOD WAS SPECTACULAR THE SERVICE WAS THE BEST WE HAVE EVER HAD. THE MEMOEIRES WILL LAST FOREVER ,BEAUTIFUL RESORT, VERY SAFE , EVEN AT NIGHT, WERE DEFINITELY GOIMG BACK TO PARADISE, THE BEACH WAS AMAZING THE WATER WAS WARM, CANT SAY ENOUGH EXCEPT I WISH I COULD HAVE STAYED LONGER.

Food ok but it was very hot and I asked for a Glass of water with ice and was told no, we do not serve water, but you could buy a bottle of cold water
