Was pleasantly surprised by their honesty and professionalism. I stayed at Aloft Hotel close to this location. Initially didn't have any plan to rent a car in GDL after stopping by to talk to Aurelio I changed my mind and glad I did (highly recommend you get full coverage, but really it's stressfree and drive and visit other towns!). My car battery died during my trip when I contacted Avis thru Whatsapp (highly recommended for better communication if you don't speak Spanish well). They came to Chapala to exchange car. They also had discount for Aloft guests so make sure to ask if your hotel has one too.

Fue un excelente servicio sólo respecto a la renta del auto, pero robaron los datos de la tarjeta de crédito. Es una tarjeta que la he usado por años exclusivamente para pagos domiciliados sin ningún problema, no hay otro lugar donde me pudieran haber robado los datos, a los pocos días de entregar el auto realizaron compras con mi tarjeta de crédito. Busquen en las opiniones, verán que no soy el único al que le ha pasado. Lástima del buen servicio, porque yo no volvería a rentar en una empresa en que no puedo confiar.
