Worst car service I've had in years, comparable to the worst days of local GM and Ford. The car was unavailable for a month, had to open a report to AUDI Mexico for them to even care of ordering the missing parts, Puebla had to open a reclaim case for it to happen. Really bad customer service. The car when available was delivered dirty from the inside with all the audio setup messed up and volume turned all way up... most likely made on purpose to upset the customer. A week later I had to return for them to re-assemble the an engine hose correctly because the repair was done incorrectly, the car's engine was behaving very bad due to this. AUDI Mexico was contacted and this was also made part of the claim report. Please consider, I'm a busy person and if I'm taking the time to write this post with my experience it's because the service was that bad. I'm never returning to this place, I'll have to take the car to the nearest AUDI dealership which is in QRO. I'm never letting these guys touch my car again. PD. Also check the positive reviews, with attached professional pictures of the place and cars... most likely FAKE 5 STAR REVIEWS made by the staff of the dealership.
