We purchased a lot of tile from Arkiramica this past year on our new home build. Excellent and friendly service with friendly English speaking staff. They have a lot of tiles to choose from. Delivery was on time and they replaced some broken tiles upon delivery with no problem.

The salesperson could not have been less helpful. They delivered the wrong tiles. Before I even saw them, the contractor installed them. And I hated them. It was clearly the store's fault. There was proof. The model number on the paperwork was not the same as the model number on the box. They refused to correct their error so... I had to pay for the wrong tiles, had to pay for the wrong tiles to be installed, had to pay for the wrong tiles to be removed, had to pay for new tiles, had to pay for new tiles to be installed. The whole job cost about five times as much as it should have. The store took no responsibility. They are dishonest, unethical swindlers who took advantage of me because I am a foreigner. I plan to sue them even if the lawyer costs more than the tiles.
