Beautiful apartments but terrible for privacy and sleeping. You could hear every movement from nextdoor, including their walking on the wood floor. Not to mention snoring, bed banging against your wall etc when you are in your bed. Also you have to have a car to stay there, not a neighborhood for you to walk around.
