Horrible and cheap construction. All the plumbing fixtures had to replaced within a couple of years of buying the house. The plumbing pipes had leaks within/inside of the walls. The warranty is worthless and a joke since they don’t repair anything the right way or on time. You are better off hiring someone off the streets to do the repairs. The roof and all the second floor walls suffered water damage during the last tropical storm in June because the roof sealing material all cracked open. I will advise everyone to inspect their roof and hire a professional roofing company to do the waterproofing within months of buying the property. We did not do it and suffered because of it.

Se respira tranquilidad, mi esposa esta encantada con el fraccionamiento, esta muy limpio con mucha vegetación y la gente es muy amable tanto en la constructora como los que viven en el fraccionamiento, es una compra bien pensada, me gusto mucho el entorno y sobre todo los espacios, felicidades...
Un lugar muy bonito para vivir, las casas tienen un diseño moderno y con espacios bien distribuidos que dan gran amplitud. Para familias con hijos pequeños tiene un parque muy bonitos y áreas verdes para esparcimiento. Sin duda un gran desarrollo y lo mejor es que encuentras todos los servicios muy a la mano.
