We had an excellent day at this gorgeous beach club! Great location in one of the best areas of the beach in Tulum. We were glad not to have to go through traffic down the rest of the beach and there is free parking across the street from the hotel. The food was delicious and the portions large. Everyone is friendly and the vibe is lively with great music! We’ll definitely return :)

I absolutely loved the space, vibe, location, staff and accommodations during my stay. It was lovely renting a 10 bike for the days to tour beach area and everything is really close by. Staff is maintaining operational excellence, and everyone was just wonderful. Any questions or requests I had where immediately attended to via WhatsApp communication. The rooms are very pretty and minimalistic that makes you feel like you’re living in a modern tree house. Perfect beach lounge chairs and couches—and the music is the best. Love the daily yoga and can’t wait to visit back again. Feel completely rejuvenated from my stay.
Wonderful place ! If you are looking for a chill place the beach club is your place And the bootcamp is a good option for People who are looking for work out and reconnect their self
We splurged to stay here for a few nights and Amansala left A LOT to be desired. While it’s right on the beach, its a discount budget hotel pretending to be a luxury hotel. Couple comments on where you can improve- -Rooms are tidied by cleaning staff every three days. Really? It’s clear they’re lazy and just trying to save money. We asked to have our room serviced and they “forgot” until the morning we checked out. -The AC barely works, is only available 10p-7am, and they’ve programmed it in such a way that the guests can’t control it. Again, very blatant attempt to increase profit margins at the expense of guest comfort. -walls are super thin and you can hear other guests beach parties. I tried to give them a chance to rectify the situation to on multiple occasions and it didn’t seem like they cared or made an effort. Would not recommend staying here.
We were a yoga group staying here. We were very well taken care of by waiters, bartenders and the chefs. We had 2 yoga studios to practice in that were gorgeous! Beautiful place and so relaxing. It kind of got strange the last day as a huge art festival was being set up. Glad we were leaving as paradise was going to change.
Amansala is definitely an authentic Tulum vibe. I think if you come here with an open mind and understanding of how nice it can be to have a beautiful space to stay near the beach and actually be able to chill away from the Burning Man left overs. Keep in mind there are a lot of places in Tulum that are under construction or in the middle of upgrades. For service: you have to use WhatsApp and message their services there. (Weird I know, but it’s Tulum) Drinking water: it’s free for the first gallon and then 10 after so you’re better off stocking up on your own. Beachside: it’s beautiful and the less crowded area. We stayed at Amansala Chica and just walked over next door to the resort to hang out in the beds since the Chica section is still under renovations. All in all, if you came to Tulum to relax, then Amansala is a vibe. Just don’t expect royalty, so the price should be half the cost.
This is the perfect hotel for a weekend getaway! The service was exceptional as well. I highly recommend this hotel!
Resort is in complete disrepair Dirty, full or roaches Water pouring into our room and moved rooms several times, they did not have a safe dry room Covid policies ignored, came into a workout class in a open air studio class before us was just leaving no one cleaned any of the equipment!!! Crazy Thread bare towels if you are lucky enough to get clean towel! We paid for bikini boot camp and have 5 hours of workouts planned but not clean towels! Dirty stained sheets No drinking water in room Save yourself the headache and disappointment find another resort, there is tons of them!
