I just had lower blepharoplasty yesterday. Dr. Sigler and her staff exceeded my expectations. I was a little apprehensive about getting plastic surgery in Tijuana, but it went smoothly and I could not be happier. I used her driver, Alex to pick us up from our hotel in San Diego and he took us to the clinic and then back to the hotel after my procedure using the medical lane through the border. The clinic and operating room was very clean and sanitary. Dr. Sigler took many precautions to make sure the surgery was safe. I had to send her lab work results, and have a negative Covid test. She gave me antibiotics at the clinic and gave my husband a prescription to pick up from the Pharmacy around the corner while I was in surgery. I felt very safe throughout the whole procedure and transportation to and from the clinic. Dr. Sigler really listened to me and answered any questions I had. She explained every part of the procedure to me and put me at ease. I now, one day after surgery, do not have any pain at all. I will definitely recommend her to family and friends. I also plan on going back for another procedure in a couple months. For anyone who is thinking about having plastic surgery in TJ, please consider Dr. Alicia Sigler. She is amazing.

It has been nearly 15 years since Dr. Sigler did her magic on me. I have been extremely happy as I feel my aging was slowed down by at least 10 years! The care I received was outstanding! With many medical issues I was a challenge and Dr. Sigler rose to that challenge and did a stellar job.
