I think something happened with management. I was charged for 2 services in which the aliada never showed up. Every reschedule was cancelled and after trying to get my money back they stopped answering my emails. I was not the only client having trouble at the time - they left all of us without a resolution. Don’t use them or trust them.

Cancelled service repeatedly. The one time a housekeeper actually bothered showing up, she did a terrible job. The customer service is COMPLETELY unhelpful. I was left waiting 2 days in a row while their person didn't show up. It is completely disrespectful of my time. It's a great idea for someone who only needs a maid occasionally or someone who wants to see if the person they're hiring will work out, but the people running this business are completely incompetent.

Las aliadas son lindas y cumplidas. Me da una lástima que la plataforma no les dé ningún tipo de prestación bajo la ley como seguro (aprovechados). En esta época de pandemia ni se les dio material para cuidarse. Ojalá Aliada cambie y proteja a sus empleadas y no se aproveche de las personas que necesitan trabajo.
