This airline is the worst. While i was in the waiting lounge in LA, they gave my seat to somebody else and the plane took off with my luggage. Refused to let me board with my boarding pass in hand. Had to wait 5 hours for the next flight.

Complete inept and rude staff...flew from LAX to MZT. Again, COMPLETE RUDE STAFF. Only reason to use this “airline” is bc of the nonstop flight from LAX. However, it makes one wonder if it’s worth the irritation of starting a vacation with such an ugly experience; sort of a buzzkill for say. Personally, I fly close to one hundred flights a year in the USA and have never experience this type of treatment to my family, specially our kids who we ask of them to be conscious, considerate, and respectful of others regardless of situation or economic status. Treat people like people, plain and simple. That’s all we ask of them and others. Something Alaska Airlines clearly doesn’t comprehend and/or have. We don’t recommend this airline unless absolutely necessary. Just avoid it; happy travels!
