Water is clear but not crystal clear. When the water gets deep you sometimes can barely see the ground. However, tons of beautiful fish to see. People who are complaining about too few fish started at the \wrong\ side. At the main entrance you have to swim a bit to reach the fishy spots. Snorkeling is easier at the different entrance

It was beautiful with tons of lovely fish all around! The fish weren't too scared of people, but just enough that they kind of stayed away. For people with prescription glasses, they even had prescription goggles in 1, 3, and 5 strengths, so that was awesome! There was a cute gift shop with neat things, but kind of expensive, as the prices were in USD instead of pesos, and it was obviously a tourist shop. It was a wonderful trip, though!

Parking was decent. People were nice. Laguna is beautiful. Clear water with a variety of fish. Cost is: 50 USD for a family. Must have a vest to go into the water. The life vests are rented to people at the entrance. Road to get there was smooth. Many pedestrians, so drive slow.

Had a blast looking at the beautiful fish. We had a GoPro and were able to make some awesome underwater videos. We also loved the private palapas where we could relax and have delicious lunch and drinks delivered.

When the sea is rough, come here for an excellent snorkeling experience. We went to this location (further upstream) as it was slightly cheaper and did not insist on renting lifejackets. No fancy statues or gazebo to rent but you spend your time in the water anyway. Tons of colorful fish, great visibility except for where wonderful halocline effects where salt and fresh water mix. If you go towards the ocean you have a good chance to spot sting ray.
