Was our second trip into the area and wanted to get a better sense of the housing market, locations, etc. Met up with Richard Varney (or Rich,) and he proceeded to set the wheels in motion for some home tours he felt would meet our needs. He nailed it on what price point, and type of home we would be looking for, and he's a delight to work with. We look forward to our next visit and hopefully executing a contract. His followup is \spot on\ as the Brits say. Just don't ask him about his English weather back in the UK...

Used Derek Trevethan who quickly found exactly what I was looking for. Very professional and not high pressure. Totally satisfied.
Worst experience ever. The real estate agent was politically right wing and offensive to us in her views. Please do not patronize Ajijic Real Estate as they are very right leaning Trump supporters. We found the agent to be what we would call a socially insensitive. The agents name was Eva, but I’m thinking that the whole agency is very right wing and they hire people with extremist right wing views. My advice would be to avoid this agency.
