It's a great experience to fly from aguascalientes, I get there about 1 hour before departure and still have time to relax before my flight.

In the three times I’ve tried to fly with Volaris, the flights have been canceled because of weather. In those times when there were cancelations, the manor that the employees have acted has been ridiculous. There doesn’t seem to be any type of protocol for these cancellations and the idea of customer service seems to be lost with this airline. The only alternatives to the cancelations of the flights are compensation for the tickets days later, or changing your tickets for another flight through Volaris. With the amount of people whose flights had been cancelled neither of these alternatives helped very much. Most of the flights were next day or hours away forcing us to wait at the airport for hours hoping the next flight would actually leave the airport. The third time we tried to fly with Volaris and the flight was canceled, we had to pick up our bags that we had checked. Once we were directed to where we would pick up our bags and followed the directions, we were met by confused employees telling us to go the opposite way and wait in another line. During this time people with the same flight as us were distressed and just wanted to pick up their luggage but they weren’t letting us. Once they finally decided, after asking everyone and still being answered by more confused employees, we started to collect our luggage. This night happened to be rainy which was the cause for the cancellation, we were told our luggage would be covered from the weather. Once we were collecting our bags, we found out luggage wet and someone who had checked their dog in a basket found their dog wet and cold. There should be more preparation for events like these so that the employees are more aware and the customers are more comfortable.

Pues desde mi punto de vista pésima.atencion me cancelaron 4 vuelos y se quedaron con mi dinero de viajes redondos aún comentando la situación de pandemia ellos argumentan que enviaron correo para hacer la cancelación el cua no existe pedí que se me enviara correo nuevamente y grabación de que eran solo 180 días para el canje y sin embargo no ahí respuesta algún aquel decepción de empresa que no pueda darte el apoyo te robe de esa manera

Para mí es una muy buena línea. Primera vez que nos pasa, hoy estamos para salir, pero el avión trae una demora de 30 minutos por mal clima de donde viene para Aguascalientes. En realidad hay muy baratos precios consecuentemente.

Se tardaron mucho sanitizando el baño, ya está a punto de regarles un arbolito de navidad, una señora muy amable nos permitió entrar al baño de discapacitados porque ya habíamos esperado y nuestros esfinter ya no aguantaban.

Al llegar al aeropuerto de Cancún me dicen que no tenía equipaje de mano incluido, de ida no tuve problema pase con mis maletas de mano de Ags a Cancún pero de regreso tuve que pagar cargos extra por mis maletas de mano cosa que no tuve problemas en un principio y más aparte me dañaron mi equipaje, viajaba cada año con ustedes y cada ves es peor el servicio y todo quieren cobrar.
