I just happened to walk by this place today and check out the menu and everything looked really good and decently priced. And boy sure glad I did the food was so delicious the pictures don’t do it justice. I ordered the plancha Del Mar and I will tell you what it did not disappoint. The flavors were so good, the calamari was perfectly cooked it was, all the shrimp were delicious the octopus was cooked perfectly and the fish was amazing. The service was amazing and fast they treated me like a long life customer. And make sure you save time for the desert sweet cornbread with ice cream was to die for. The cornbread was so moist and juicy perfectly topped off with some vanilla ice cream. I highly recommend Agua & Sal. You will not regret it.

My partner & I are visiting family & friends in Mexico City. I was craving octopus or pulpo (I am supposed to be practicing my Spanish) lol. I stumbled upon Agua y Sal and I am happy I did. Omg! The restaurant is beautiful. The service is top of the line & the food is why you spend your hard earned money. We ordered two hot appetizers, the anticuchos de pulpo which is to die for. The pulpo is cooked to perfection the potato purée is great it also has a sweet & sour glaze that adds so much flavor to the dish. We also order the mejillones which was also fantastic! The mussels are cooked well and the curry broth is lighter than I thought it was going to be... which was nice. For entrees we ordered the fish (pescado a la talla) the fish was grilled in a red sauce which also came with red onions that were marinated in habanero chills... its not as hot as it sounds... it was a perfect amount of heat. We also ordered the plancha Del Mar which is a skillet (like a fajita) with shrimp, octopus, calamari, fish, and season vegetables cooked in a white wine sauce. It was so delicious! Both dishes came with rice and hand made tortillas. We also ordered a nice bottle of white wine to pair with our seafood. We finished the night with churros and of course more wine! The perfect ending to a great meal!

Absolutely amazing food. We had the ceviches selection and I had the seafood skillet while my wife had the seared tuna salad. Everything was amazing quality. Also, they take very serious Covid safety measures - temperature checks, everyone wears masks and shields and they even sanitized my credit card!
